We’re currently offering two levels of shipping — overnight mail, for when you need it quickly, and priority mail for everything else. We’ve had some unfortunate experiences with the first class mail talking a long time, and on a couple of occasions packages have been lost completely. Not cool! So we’ve decided to send everything by the faster and more reliable priority mail. It costs a bit more but the service is much better. What this means is that shipping on items of up to a pound is the same charge.
We ship weekdays, and most items will be shipped out within a few days of the order being placed. If you are really in a rush, contact us and we can give you a better idea of how soon you will have your package.
We are located in California, United States. Everything we sell is made in America. We ship worldwide, and international orders will be processed through Customs in the recipient’s country. Customs in your country may choose to levy an import tax on the package. We cannot and will not falsify Customs documentation — it’s illegal! We also can’t promise that you won’t be charged, cover the fees, or predict the amount.
If you refuse to pay the tax, the package will be returned to us — at our expense. Should this happen, we can refund you the value of the merchandise less any additional fees we’ve incurred as a result of the return (this is usually around the same cost as the initial postage).
If you just don’t pick it up, eventually the Post Office will return the package to us. Should this happen, we can resend but we’d have to charge you postage again unless this was somehow due to our error. In the case of unclaimed International packages, we will be charged the return postage, and this, as well as the additional postage, would be required for us to resend.
We want you to be happy with your bunnywarez, and if something is not right we want to hear about it!
Returns are permitted within 30 days on unworn, unlaundered items only. You may make an exchange at no extra charge or return an item (if you just changed your mind) for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and a restocking fee of $5 per item. We do request that you notify us in advance of sending anything back, letting us know the reason for the return and so that we can expect your package. We are not responsible for return shipping except in the case of an error on our part.
